Refund and Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Refund

If you encounter a technical issue or any other problem that prevents your application from proceeding after payment, you may be eligible for a refund of the ₹100 processing fee.

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note that no refunds will be provided if the application process has been successfully completed and forwarded to the relevant employers.
